Hi, I'm Rachel! I am a journalist currently residing in Washington, D.C., working as a Congressional Reporter for the Washington Examiner.

During my time at the Washington Examiner, I continue to write hard-hitting and informative articles on the House of Representatives and congressional and presidential campaigns, as well as use skills developed in my previous breaking news position to exclusively report many stories before other Washington outlets. I am also the cohost and co-founder of Capitol Conversations, a political show on the ins and outs of life on Capitol Hill.

 

I have expertise in several areas, including national politics, campaigns, local government, crime and courts, and health care, as well as skills in copy editing, web design, and print graphic design.
